What is a DR70 Conviction?
A DR70 conviction is issued when you refuse to provide a specimen for a breath test on the roadside when stopped by the police. If you are convicted of a DR70 endorsement, you may face a fine of up to £1,000.
This endorsement will remain on your license for 4 years from the date of the offence, or from the date of when a disqualification is imposed. In addition to this, you will receive 4 penalty points on your license.
