What is a DR20 Conviction?
If you are convicted of driving or attempting to drive while unfit through alcohol, you will receive a DR20 endorsement. With a drink-driving endorsement, you will find it more difficult to get back on the road.
Even if you are under the limit and unfit to drive, you can still be arrested. With a DR20 conviction, it will remain on your licence for 11 years from the date of the conviction. Furthermore, you will also receive between 3 and 11 points on your license.
