What is a CD70 Conviction?
You will receive a CD70 endorsement if you have caused death through careless driving and failing to supply specimen for analysis. This means you have most likely caused a death while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
If you are convicted, you will receive between 3 and 11 points on your license. These will remain on your license for eleven years from the date. If you earn 12 penalty points within 3 years, you’ll be banned from driving.
